OpsDuty uses the following third parties to provide the service. Each one processes personal data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement with us, and only for the purpose listed.
- Salesforce, Inc. (Heroku): application hosting, database and cache. Location: Ireland (EU).
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SES): email notifications. Location: Germany (EU).
- Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging): mobile push notifications. Location: Belgium and Netherlands (EU).
- Hetzner Online GmbH: TLS termination and status page routing. Location: Germany (EU).
- Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS, content delivery and protection against malicious traffic. Location: global network.
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry): error monitoring (user ID only). Location: United States.
- Stripe, Inc.: payment processing. Location: United States.
- Twilio Inc.: SMS and voice notifications, incoming call numbers. Location: United States.
Where a subprocessor processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by one of these safeguards:
- The EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Stripe, Twilio, Sentry and Cloudflare are certified under it.
- The European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (2021). These are included in each subprocessor's data processing agreement, and apply if the Data Privacy Framework does not.
Integrations you enable yourself, such as Slack, are not subprocessors. You choose to send data to them, and their own terms apply.
Changes to this list
